| Corporations, LLCs, and registered Limited Partnerships doing business in Arizona must continuously maintain a Registered Agent with a physical Arizona street address (a PO Box alone does not qualify). The agent may be an individual resident of Arizona or an entity authorized to do business in Arizona, must be available at that address during normal business hours to accept service of process, and receives official state notices on the entity's behalf.
